Paver Sealer looks like a clear paint applied to paver projects like driveways, patios and retaining walls with the primary goal of increasing paver durability, specially color wise and mold preventing. But there are a few things you should know the paver sealers:

  1. Paver sealants have different quality and manufacturers, use the one you have more information about;
  2. There is no “writ way to apply it”. It can be applied with roller or a professional paint sprayer, it depends on the service provider experience;
  3. All paver repairs and cleaning must be done prior do sealer application.

Regarding repair of sinking pavers, usually Frontline Works professional have to lift up all the sinking area and remove sand to check out broken pipes or pools leaks and them replace the sand with paver fines, paver base or gravel (depending of the case) and install them correctly right back in place.
After the repairs are done, you may pressure wash the pavers but you CANNOT use any kind of bleach. Allow it to dry properly and then yes, you can use the paver sealer of your preference.
