There are some questions you might ask yourself about flooring replacement such as:
1) How long does it take do replace my flooring?
2) Do I need to move furniture?
3) What is the cost for replacing flooring?
To answer theese questions, you have to understand the process Frontline Works uses to replace flooring and they are sumurized below:
1) Job site preparation. In this fase, we cover furniture or move it (you can do it yourself or add that service) and install vaccuns if needed;
2) Flooring removal with scraping of any extra tinset or glue;
3) Debris removal and haul away;
4) New flooring installation.
Each step has other extra work that might be necessary, but all the basics are there and now we already have some answers, like the question about moving furniture: yes you can move the furniture ou we do it for you. Kitchen and other permanent features are covered, so nothing is damaged.
How long does it take to replace flooring? It depends on the size of the surface you want to cover, but as far as we have experience, a single family home with about 2000 square feet you would be looking at 5 days aproximately.
To know how much would be cost for your own project, you can do some homework before asking for estimates:
1) Take measurements of all rooms you want to replace the flooring;
2) Take pictures an note of current material installed;
3) Choose and take note the new flooring, wether is wood floor, vinyl, tile or ceramic;
4) Choose and take note about the size and flooring pattern you want to be installed;
5) City/State of the job to be performed.
With this information in hand, it will be easy to ask for a quote and therefore the estimated cost for your flooring replacement project, because these 5 itens will be considered by the contractor to give a price. ... See MoreSee Less

We build paver patios for a long time and during this journey, I realized that this is not a simple sale and that we were dealing with a Family Project that was very important to our customers, because in the end of the day, their main goal was to integrate family members, enjoy outdoors and enhancing the house appeal was just an extra bonus.
Once, we built a paver patio for a senior couple with a huge stone bench and when we finished the job, our customer made a confession: it would be the first time his wife was going to go outside after 5 years staying home (she could not go out due to medical issues). We were simple thrilled that our work could do that good for people!
When you dedicate yourself to a home remodeling project, it takes effort and some time to gather information, select outdoor design ideas and most important, set a budget.
A simple paver patio can vary between $4 and $6 k considering northeast Florida, Jacksonville area and those projects are our best sellers because you can enjoy outdoor without having to spend a fortune.
That being said, we understand how important it is to provide information, adjust expectations and set a time frame to built the patio. Customer Service follows the whole process, since conception, estimation and final decisions.
